Open That Bottle Night is celebrated annually on the last Saturday of every February. I do like that there has more history than most “wine holidays.”

This was created by Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher in 2000. They jointly wrote the wine column “Tastings” in The Wall Street Journal between 1998 and 2009.
